Whether it’s a digestive disorder like Crohn’s or colitis, a hormonal imbalance, an autoimmune condition, or you’re not even sure what’s going on yet—I’m confident we can get you back on track and moving in the right direction.

First Appointment: The Deep Dive

Our first meeting is a deep dive into your health.

Before we meet, you’ll fill out a 10-minute questionnaire and submit your bloodwork for me to review. During this appointment, I’ll connect all the dots—your symptoms, your lifestyle, and how your mind works.

By the end of this session, I’ll be able to define precisely what you’re dealing with and outline my professional recommendations.

Second Appointment: The Wellness Plan

This is where I hand over your plan and we’ll review it together.
We’ll cover:

  • The science behind your plan

  • Why we’re choosing this approach vs. others

  • Your timeline and realistic expectations

  • Clear instructions on how to implement your plan

Third Appointment: Progress + Maintenance

In our final appointment, we’ll celebrate the progress you’ve made and review the changes you’re noticing in your body and energy. This appointment takes place 2-4 weeks after the second, depending on your specific needs. 

We’ll also talk about your next best steps. Whether you’ve already hit your goal or are getting closer, we’ll map out the plan moving forward and discuss how long we expect it to take.

I’ll create a personalized wellness plan just for you, which includes:

  • A nutrition plan

  • Example menu

  • Specific recipes

  • A supplement and herbal plan

After Our Second Appointment

Between the second and third appointments, we’ll have two scheduled phone calls to ensure you’re set up for success. These calls are designed to give you accountability, guidance, and the resources you need to stay on track.

The first three appointments are the foundation of your journey. After that, your follow-ups are completely customized. They can be 15, 30, or 60 minutes, scheduled every 2-4 weeks—whatever best suits your physical and emotional needs.
